convenient location friendly staff tasty breakfast
I found the location convenient, right next to the train station. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent assistance throughout my stay. I appreciated the clean room and the tasty breakfast options available each morning.
The absence of an elevator did pose a small challenge when bringing luggage to my room. This situation was manageable, yet it could present difficulties for those with mobility issues or heavy bags.

My standard double room featured comfortable bedding. It also featured tea making facilities, along with spacious large tea cups and yorkshire teabags, for a pleasant beverage experience. I appreciate this detail.

The team accommodated an early check in. I could leave my luggage. This arrangement allowed me to explore without delay. I appreciate their flexibility greatly. The staff provided a grab bag breakfast due to my early departure.

The hotel is literally on the train station door. It is a short walk to key sites, including ye olde trip to jerusalem and the nottingham castle. The location suited my travel needs excellently.

broken fan broken blinds
The staff was really helpful and cute at the hotel. (They were really good) The bed was also very comfortable.
My room was very hot and the fan did not work. The blinds were also broken. One was held up with a coat hanger. I found no bins in the washrooms, inconvenient.

Fantastic Stay Near the Station!

The staff was REALLY friendly and helpful, especially Luke and Michael. That was so important. The room was comfortable and super clean, it felt very luxurious. The breakfast was nice too. the location is fantastic-right by the train station!
The shared bathrooms looked very dated. Some floor tiles were broken. I also noticed missing grout, and the shower glass seemed like it needed replacement.

The room had a comfy bed, towels, and a wall-mounted TV. I found a kettle, cups, tea, and coffee. There was also a desk and a mirror, very convenient indeed.

The location is PERFECT, especially if you are travelling by train. The hotel is very close to the train station entrance. I found this location useful for my travels.

The location was perfect, right across from the railway station. The staff were very friendly and helpful ! I found my room quite comfortable and perfect for rest after travel. They provide a Tesco store right next door. Very convenient.
My room was on the upper floors. Stairs were challenging with luggage. No lift exists.
